Late Registration handled at this time. NPC signups at this time. Weigh-in or Height checked at this time. NPC Posing outfits rules and regulations, color/size, for both men and women are listed on http://www.npcnewsonline.com/ Bodybuilders need to supply a 60 second maximum music cd for individual posing... any profanity will be grounds for disqualification.
